At the front of the house, there is a tiled carport parking space for one car and the front door into this lovely home.
As you enter there is a traditional-style hallway with one double bedroom on the left and a modern and stylish bathroom with a full-size "soak tub" bath.
The hallway carries on into the kitchen with all the modern appliances and a window looking out to the sea.
There is a good-sized living/dining room with a log burner fire for those stormy nights and the French doors that lead onto the terrace have amazing panoramic sea views.
The back door leads to the upper terrace, a cosy seating area for your morning coffee and an extended glass-fronted balcony for outdoor dining. Steps lead down to the lower sun terrace that is right next to the sea.
Here there is a built-in BBQ, a tiled summer house dining area, an outdoor shower and of course the gateway to the sea!
Upstairs there are another 3 double bedrooms - the main bedroom having a closed-in terrace with stunning views across the sea to the North of the island.
On this floor, there is also a modern-style shower and WC.
